In version 8.1.0, Vertical Synchronised Scrambling was introduced.
This is a function that combines the existing vertical scrambling function (SCRAM) and synchronised
scrambling. Vertical scrambling shuffles data in selected columns between rows.
Synchronised scrambling changes the same value on different tables to a new value.
Vertical synchronised scrambling will vertically scramble data in a column across multiple files.
