Build and Install the assembly

After building the assembly run the following command to install the build in the .Net framework :-

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\InstallUtil.exe -i

This part will need to be done for every PC that wishes to use the new cmdlet.
