Any entity which has been specified in Admin as being hierarchical is displayed by default in the following format.

All of the data for the entity is displayed.  Click the arrow icon next to an item to expand the lower levels and view all items held within it.  If you wish to see this data in a flat display (see following section) then select the ‘Grid’ option from the ‘View As’ list on the toolbar.
