This function enables entity items to be created in bulk from data which already exists in a Microsoft Excel document.  For example, you may wish to add a Requirements entity in Qualify but many Requirements are already documented, this function means that these can be automatically imported and saves the re-keying effort.

The Data Import function can be accessed through the Utilities tab.
