Any top level entity which has been specified in Admin as being non-hierarchical is displayed by default in the following format.

All of the data for the entity is displayed, as long as permissions do not restrict this.  If only data created by the owner of the record or a user in the owners’ role is allowed to be viewed, the word ‘Restricted’ will appear in the grid title.  Also, if viewing extended data and showing parent columns or child counts, if any of this data is restricted for the current user this will also be made clear.
